We are back to show you the second part<\/strong> of Elcano model set up with other video tutorials<\/strong> made by our professional modelers. This faithful 1:250 scale miniature replica of the Spanish training ship Juan Sebastian Elcano<\/a><\/strong> \/ Chilean Esmeralda<\/strong> (22260) is aimed at beginners <\/strong><\/a>modelers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

ELCANO MODEL SET UP : UPPER DECK<\/h2>\n

We continue to accompany our modelers friends during Elcano model set up with Step 9<\/strong>, dedicated to the ‘Upper Deck’<\/strong>. Take the parts 5 and MD3 <\/strong>of the deck shown on the image. Next, apply<\/strong> our Cyanoacrylate for Porous Materials<\/strong><\/a> (27650), sold separately, around the edge of the top of the part MD3. Take<\/strong> part 5<\/strong> and paste<\/strong> it on top of the MD3<\/strong> as shown on the video.<\/p>\n

Once the adhesive is dry, take a small flat brush<\/strong><\/a> and a jar of White Primer Filler<\/a><\/strong> (27701), sold separately. Paint<\/strong> these and carefully, paint the sides of the two joined parts<\/strong>. Drill<\/strong> with a 4 mm hand drill<\/strong><\/a> the central area<\/strong> to make a hole.<\/p>\n
