Service availability: The items in stock offered through this website are available in the countries mentioned in the "Shipping and Returns" section.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the order, refunding any amount that you may have paid.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. will do everything possible to please all its customers in the demand for the products. But all product orders are subject to their availability and, in this sense, if there are difficulties regarding their supply, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products for equal or superior quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order these substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.


Article 4. Delivery

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition to the delivery address that you indicate on the order form. You can request the delivery of the items, at another address and to a different natural person than the one who signs the order, as long as the delivery address is subject to the availability of our service (see the previous section).

Orders will only be delivered in post office boxes under certain conditions.

Delivery times

We work with the following deadlines:

  • Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands: delivery in 24 to 72 hours.
  • Other destinations: delivery in 4 to 20 business days.

We will understand these delivery times in business days (Monday to Friday) and for orders placed in ARTESANIALATINA.NET before 12 noon and for products in stock. Please note in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Impossibility of delivery

We reserve the right to remove any Product from our website at any time and/or to remove or modify any material or content on it. Although we will do our best to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse to process any order after we have sent the Order Confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, in our sole discretion.

Article 6. Payment

Payment of orders may be made using the following methods:

  • Payment by credit or debit card. We reserve the right to NOT accept certain payments with certain credit cards.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. reserves the right to change the payment methods, being able to create new ones or eliminate any of the existing ones, without the user/client of ARTESANIALATINA.NET being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the payment method affects an order already made, from ARTESANIALATINA.NET we will contact the client to inform them of said change, offering them the option to cancel the order if they consider it convenient.

- Payment by credit/debit card.

The charge is made online, that is, in real-time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution, and once it has been verified that the data communicated is correct. With the aim of giving maximum security to the payment system, ARTESANIALATINA.NET uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions in electronic commerce.

In this sense, confidential data is transmitted directly and in an encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system we use gives total security to the transmission of data over the network. Your data is completely confidential and protected.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. reserves the right to verify the personal data supplied by the client and to adopt the measures it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) so that the merchandise purchased is delivered in accordance with the data contained in the order.

- Payment by PayPal:
Payments with PayPal are made directly on the PayPal website, following the conditions of use established by PayPal. In the case of not paying the order within one hour, we will cancel the order.

- Payment by bank transfer to purchase spare parts and for orders from countries not included in the shipping list on the web:

Payments by bank transfer can only be made to purchase spare parts from our central warehouse so that you can complete your model or repair your tool, as well as for orders from countries not included in the shipping list on the website. When requesting a piece / s, please send an email to and indicate the references of the same and the model you have, in addition to your full name, address, telephone number, and ID, Passport or National identification number. You will be answered with a quote and if you agree with it, you will proceed to make the transfer. Once the same is completed, send an email to that same address with the receipt/receipt of the transfer. Once verified in our system, the requested part / s will be sent immediately.

When requesting a model or tool, send us the reference of the product you want with the same information as to when requesting a part. The process is absolutely identical.


Artículo 7. Política de devoluciones

  5. You should be aware that the return costs will be borne by you. In the case of large-sized products, do not hesitate to contact us in case we could offer you a cheaper collection service.
  6. After receiving the returned products and after verifying that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the amounts of the returned products but not the expenses derived from the handling, collection, or shipping management.
  7. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.
  8. If the product was paid by Credit or Debit Card, or by PayPal, the payment will be made on it. Otherwise, we will ask you to send us by email a bank account number to make the corresponding deposit.

Returns of defective products

Once the notification is received, we will contact you to inform you of how to proceed.

Article 8. Guarantee of the products purchased

Pursuant to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, ARTESANÍA LATINA is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years from delivery.

In the case of lack of conformity, you must inform us within two months from when you became aware of it, sending an email to indicating your data, the number of your order, and the anomaly detected. In the case of a manufacturing defect, ARTESANÍA LATINA will be responsible for the return costs, as well as the costs related to labor and materials. The item to be returned must be properly packed for its return. The packaging must be in perfect condition and keep all its accessories and instructions of origin to be able to be returned.

The instructions for the correct use and installation of the product, as well as the warranty documentation included by the manufacturers, must be read by the buyer. The warranty will lose its validity in case of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear, installation, and use not in accordance with the instructions of the Supplier. Products modified or repaired by the client or any other person not authorized by the supplier are also excluded from the guarantee.

The responsibility of EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. about any product purchased in ARTESANIALATINA.NET will be strictly limited, in any case, to the purchase price of said product and will not be compromised by simple errors or omissions that may have taken place, when all necessary precautions have been taken in the presentation of the products.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. can not be held responsible for damages, whatever their nature, both material and non-material or bodily, that may result from improper operation or use of the products marketed. The same applies to possible modifications made to products by suppliers.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. may not be held liable by a client or a third party for indirect damage, loss of exploitation or loss of profit occurring by any means whatsoever, even if said damage, loss or prejudice had been foreseeable by EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. or if its eventuality had been brought to your attention.

Subject to the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the responsibility of EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. by these general conditions, it may not exceed an amount equal to the amounts paid after the transaction that is at the origin of said liability, whatever the cause or form of the action in question.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. may not be held responsible for the breach of the contract signed in case of exhaustion of stocks or unavailability of the product, due to force majeure, interruption of the activity or total or partial strike, especially of postal services and means of transportation or communications, floods or fire.

The provisions of this clause will not affect your rights recognized by law as a consumer, or your right to withdraw from the contract.

Article 10. Written communications and notifications

It will be understood that the notifications have been received and have been correctly made at the same time they are posted on our website, 24 hours after an email has been sent, or three days after the date of the postage of any letter.
