How to request instructions?

1. If the instructions belong to currently marketed models, just go to the product page of the model in question on the web.

  • Once you are on the page, scroll down until you see the INSTRUCTIONS button. Click on this and you will see all the files you can download.
  • In order to also preserve the environment, the new models come with instructions in DVD format, so we do not have instructions on paper available.

How can I contact the after-sales service?

You can contact the after-sales service by:

  • Sending an email to web@artesanialatina.net
  • Calling (+34) 689 578 269 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.

What language are the instructions in?

All models have translated instructions, minimum, into Spanish, English, and French.

  • To see if they are available in other languages, go to the product sheet and scroll down to access the "Instructions" tab. There you can download them and see the available languages.

Tool instructions are in Spanish, English, and French.


How to request missing parts in the kit?


To request parts, click here to access the form and select the "PARTS REQUEST" option, or send an email to web@artesanialatina.net.

Attach the following information:

  • The model number for which you need the parts is located next to the barcode and is similar to 22452 or 22452-N.
  • The references of the parts you need, their numbering is reflected in the list of parts that the original kit brings.
  • To make use of the guarantee, tell them your customer number and your order number, as well as send the proof of purchase as our products have a two-year guarantee.



If you cannot use the warranty or do not have it because you bought the second-hand product, you will have to pay the parts and the shipping costs.

  • Send your full name, National Identity Document number or Passport Number –required by customs outside the European Union-, your address and your telephone number: you will receive a response as soon as possible.
  • Please note that there may be no old model parts, but will always try to get for our customers.
  • If you pay with your PayPal account, the payment does not entail any extra expense, but if you need to make a bank transfer, your bank may charge you for the procedure, depending on what type of account you have.
  • When you have made the payment by Paypal or have transferred the financial amount to the EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS account, please send an email to web@artesanialatina.net, in addition to including all your data: name and surname, full address, telephone number, reference and name of the model for which you need the pieces and National Identity Document or Passport Number if you live outside the European Union (EU).
  • Once we have verified it, we will immediately send you the products you need.
