This natural walnut-tone water-based satin varnish can be used to coat any wooden model or other porous material. There’s no need to pre-stain the wood or surface beforehand. It provides a silky, smooth finish with optimal elasticity for easy application.
Odorless and user-friendly, it comes in a 125 ml bottle.

Its advanced formulation includes UV-filtering additives, ensuring long-lasting protection and preventing yellowing over time. Being 100% water-based, this walnut-colored satin varnish can be diluted with water or mixed with other varnishes to create new shades.
You can easily adjust the depth of the walnut color by applying additional coats — allowing each layer to dry completely before applying the next to reveal its final tone.

USE WALNUT-COLORED SEMI-GLOSS VARNISH

This walnut-colored water-based satin varnish is perfect for achieving a high-quality finish on all types of wooden models, surfaces, and other porous materials. It’s suitable for all painting processes involving Artesanía Latina wooden model kits — whether ships, aircraft, or other vehicles. While ideal for airbrush application, it can also be easily applied with a brush.

Application instructions:

1. Shake well before use.
   

2. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
   

3. Apply generously and evenly with a brush, then remove excess with a soft cotton cloth.
   

4. For a deeper tone, apply additional coats once each layer has dried completely.
   

5. You may also apply it with an airbrush if preferred.
   

For best results, we recommend using it with our specific airbrush thinner.

• Touch dry: 2–3 hours at 20ºC
  

• Recoat: 10–12 hours at 20ºC
