SSL ENVIRONMENT:

The 3D-SECURE card payment system on our website is provided by the bank LA CAIXA DE CATALUNYA. The verification of the identity of the customer prior to the acceptance of the purchase is carried out by an encrypted system designed by VISA.

VERY IMPORTANT: In order to use your credit card you must first validate it by your issuing bank within the VISA VERIFIED or MASTERCARD SECURECODE system. When proceeding with your purchase the data that the system will ask you are :

2. The expiry date
3. The C.I.P. (Personal Identification Code) of the card.

Payment for orders can be made using the following methods:

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L. reserves the right to change the methods of payment, being able to create new ones or eliminate some of the existing ones, without the user/customer of ARTESANÍALATINA.NET being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the method of payment affects an order already placed, from ARTESANIALATINA.NET we will contact the customer to inform him of the change, offering the option to cancel the order if deemed appropriate.

Payment by credit/debit card.

The charge is made online, that is to say, in real time, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial entity and once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct. In order to provide maximum security to the payment system, ARTESANÍALATINA.NET uses secure payment systems of leading financial institutions in electronic commerce.

Credit card details are not recorded in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of our financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway.

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorisations by the credit card issuer, but if the credit card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be able to enter into any Contract with you.

EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L. reserves the right to verify the personal details supplied by the customer and to take any action it deems appropriate (including cancellation of the order) to ensure that the goods purchased are delivered in accordance with the details on the order.

Payment with PayPal:

Payments with PayPal are made directly on the PayPal website, following the conditions of use established by PayPal. If the order is not paid within one hour, the order will be considered cancelled.

Payment by bank transfer:

(Exclusively for the purchase of spare parts and for orders from countries not listed on our website).

Payments by bank transfer can only be made for the purchase of spare parts from our central warehouse to complete your model or repair your tool, as well as for orders from countries not listed on our website. When requesting a part/s, please send an email to [email protected] and indicate the references of the part/s and the model you have, as well as your full name, address, telephone number and ID/Passport/National Identification Number,

we will reply with a quotation and if you agree with this you will proceed to make the transfer. Once the transfer has been completed, send an email to the same address with the receipt/receipt of the transfer.

When you wish to place an order from a country not included in the list of shipments on our website, send to [email protected] the reference of the model or tool with the data requested in the previous section. The procedure is identical to the one described above.
