To make your navigation easier on our web, we have classified our products into a series of very intuitive categories and subcategories.

If you want to search a specific product, you can do so by entering the name or the reference of the model on the web search engine -the box on the top of the web-. You can search the products even by approximation, we mean, if you misspell the word, the search engine will provide possible alternatives to what you are looking for.

Yes, all the prices of the products on our website include 21% Spanish VAT.

NOTE: Outside the European Union (EU), if there are customs/tariff charges at destination, these are paid by the buyer.


What guarantee do Artesanía Latina products have?

In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16th, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years from delivery.

In the event of a lack of conformity, you must inform us within two months of becoming aware of it, sending an email to web@artesanialatina.net indicating your data, the number of your order and the anomaly detected. In the event of a manufacturing defect, EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. You will be responsible for the costs of return, as well as the expenses related to labor and materials. The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return. The packaging must be in perfect condition and contain all its original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.

The instructions for the correct use and installation of the product, as well as the warranty documentation included by the manufacturers are required reading by the buyer. The guarantee will lose its validity in the event of defects or deterioration caused by external factors, accidents, especially electrical accidents, wear, installation and use not in accordance with the Supplier's instructions. Products modified or repaired by the customer or any other person not authorized by the supplier are also excluded from the guarantee.

Will I receive an invoice for the purchase?

You can check the invoice on your client area, in the order details, when your order has been completed and shipped.

If for any reason the invoice does not appear, please follow the steps below:

  • Tell them your name and surname or customer number, and the order number, as well as your email or e-mail so that we can send it to you later. We will send it to you as soon as possible.

Which courier company do you work with?

We work with several prestigious companies such as UPS, Fedex, TNT and Correos Express. For each shipment, we select the best option seeking optimal service and delivery time.

If you want to check the tracking of your shipment, simply enter your tracking number after clicking on the courier company with which your order was shipped.


How can I return my order?

If despite all our care in offering the highest quality and control in our shipments, you are affected by any of the cases mentioned below, you can make the corresponding return after informing EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. by email. (web@artesanialatina.net) and obtain authorization for it.


- Defective Items

If any item in your order is found to be defective either due to problems of origin or because it was damaged in transit, you have a maximum period of seven (7) days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return.


We will inform you of the way to do it together with the corresponding return authorization. In this case, the return costs will always be borne by EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U.


- Erroneous Orders

In any case, the return of erroneous orders will be accepted, being EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. who will be responsible for the shipping costs provided that the client communicates this circumstance within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.


- Other Reasons

If upon receiving your order you are not entirely satisfied with it, you have a maximum of seven (7) days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return. Proceed to it through the means of transport that you decide. Shipping costs in this case will be borne by the customer.


In all cases, EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS S.L.U. After verifying the correct status of the return, the amount of the returned items will be paid according to the detail mentioned in the STANDARD PROCEDURE.

How can i request instructions?

1. If the instructions belong to currently marketed models, just go to the product page of the model in question on the web.

  • Once you are on the page, scroll down until you see the INSTRUCTIONS button. Click on this and you will see all the files you can download.
  • In order to preserve the environment, the new models come with instructions in DVD format, so we don't have paper instructions.

2. If the instructions belong to discontinued models, you can check availability in two ways: the first, typing in the web browser, which is the white box at the top of the screen, the name or reference of the modeling kit for which you need the instructions. The second, in the event that there are no such instructions on the web, by writing an email to web@artesanialatina.net

What language are the instructions?

All models have instructions translated, at least, into Spanish, English and French.

  • To check if they are available in other languages, go to the product sheet, scroll down the page and access the "Instructions" tab. There you can download them and see the available languages.

How to request spare parts?

To request parts, click here to access the form and select the option "PARTS REQUEST", or send an email to web@artesanialatina.net.

Attach the following information:

  • The model reference you need parts for is located next to the barcode and is similar to 22452 or 22452-N.
  • The references of the parts you need, their numbering is reflected in the list of parts that the original kit comes with.
  • To make use of the guarantee, tell them your customer number and your order number, as well as send the proof of purchase and that our products have a two-year guarantee.

If you cannot make use of the guarantee or you do not have it because you bought the product second-hand, you will have to pay for the parts and shipping costs.
  • Send your full name, number of the National Identity Document or Passport Number –required by customs outside the European Union- , your address and your telephone number: you will receive an answer as soon as possible.
  • Please note that older model parts may not be available, but we will always try to source them for our customers.
  • If you pay with yourPaypal account, the payment does not entail any extra cost, but if you need to make a bank transfer your bank may charge you for the procedure, depending on what type of account you have.
  • When you have made the payment by Paypal or transferred the financial amount to the EXCELLENCE MODEL KITS account, please send an email to web@ artesanialatina.net , in addition to including all your personal data: name and surname, full address, telephone number, reference and name of the model for which you need the pieces and National Identity Document or Passport Number if you live outside the European Union (EU).
  • Once we have verified it, we will immediately send you the products you need.
