How to find a product on the website?

To make your navigation easier on our web, we have classified our products into a series of very intuitive categories and subcategories.

If you want to search a specific product, you can do so by entering the name or the reference of the model on the web search engine -the box on the top of the web-. You can search the products even by approximation, we mean, if you misspell the word, the search engine will provide possible alternatives to what you are looking for.


What are the accepted payment methods?

Currently, the accepted payment methods are:

  • Bank Transfer (only applicable for requesting spare parts and for orders from countries not included in the shipping list of this website):

Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, all the prices of the products on our website include 21% of the Spanish VAT.   

NOTE: Outside the European Union (EU) if there are customs/tax charges at the destination, they are at the buyer's expense.

How to request instructions?

1. If the instructions belong to currently marketed models, just go to the product page of the model in question on the web.

  • Once you are on the page, scroll down until you see the INSTRUCTIONS button. Click on this and you will see all the files you can download.
  • In order to also preserve the environment, the new models come with instructions in DVD format, so we do not have instructions on paper available.

You can contact the after-sales service by:

  • Sending an email to web@artesanialatina.net
  • Calling (+34) 689 578 269 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.

What language are the instructions in?

All models have translated instructions, minimum, into Spanish, English, and French.

  • To see if they are available in other languages, go to the product sheet and scroll down to access the "Instructions" tab. There you can download them and see the available languages.
